Everything upfront, before we start

How do you charge?
Paid media: a service fee of 16–25% of ad spend (the more you spend, the lower the rate). Ad budget goes from you straight to the platform — we never touch it and take no markup. Trial campaign setup from $450. Automation tools (LINE OA / TG bot platform): $29–199 USDT/month. Custom development is a fixed price per project: after a requirements call you get the amount and the delivery scope — no padded hourly billing.
How fast do you deliver?
Delivery dates are locked into the quote itself. Small jobs — a single script, a single bot — ship on short timelines; full projects with system integration are estimated by scope. For paid media, the schedule from tracking audit to launch is fixed at the quote stage too. Urgent job? Say so upfront — we take it only if our assessment says it's doable. We don't accept deadlines we can't hit.
How do contracts work?
Once the quote is confirmed, we sign an electronic contract stating deliverables, deadlines, acceptance criteria, source-code ownership, and confidentiality terms. Payment is split by milestone: deposit at signing, balance on acceptance — percentages stated in the quote. Ongoing maintenance and ad management are billed monthly.
