Before you brief us, here are the answers

I am not technical. How do I even brief you?
No spec document needed. Tell us in plain words how it is done today and which step hurts most; we ask about the details. You then get a proposal you can actually read: what the program will do, what we need from you, how acceptance is tested — sign only once it all makes sense.
If the target site redesigns or a platform changes its rules, does the program just break?
Yes, it breaks — honest answer. Crawlers and integrations depend on the other side's interface by nature. That is why every delivery ships with monitoring and alerts: the moment it stops working you are notified, and we fix it within the maintenance period. We do not do ship-and-vanish projects.
Who owns the code and the account credentials?
The source code is delivered to you, and the system is deployed on your cloud account or your server (managed hosting is negotiable). Keys are never hard-coded into the program and never end up with third parties. Ownership is spelled out in the contract, in black and white.
How small a job will you take?
Even a single script that pulls a daily report. The math for whether it is worth automating is simple: minutes it eats per day × working days per year. Small jobs ship fast — a good low-risk way to try working with us.
